Returns

Returns will only be entertained on definite conditions. The item you received is faulty or has not matched the description at the time of purchase, then you may ask for a return. The request needs to be done within 7 days of delivery. Kindly send an email to [email protected] with your order details and explanation of the issue to proceed with the return.

No return will be accepted if an item is not in its original form, unused, and all of package and accessories are intact in return. We might ask photos or more information for validating the return request. Products showing damages that happened not during delivery are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and verified, we will inform the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, it shall be bank transferred only. Refunds shall not be issued through any other method. Please allow a sufficient amount of time for a transfer to take place.

Non-Returnable Items

These items are absolutely non-returnable:

• Used or changed after delivery items.
• Items that were damaged afterward from improper handling on customer end after having received the item.
• Products plainly marked non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Method of Payment Processing of Refunds

Only Sferdi accepts Cash on Delivery. As we do not process any form of digital payments, refunds will be done through bank transfer only. The customer has to provide the right bank details for processing because the refunds will not be successful without this.
