As soon as the order is confirmed, we will make provisions for its delivery within the given time frame. Customers should examine their item immediately upon receiving it. If there is an issue, it must be reported right away. Claims made after the indicated period may not be honored.

5. Returns and Refunds

Only defective items or products that do not match their descriptions will be accepted for return. Refunds will be made up through bank transfer only, and requests for such refunds must conform with our policy on returns and refunds. Refunds through any other means would not be entertained.
